Description this Africa Star was awarded to lots of the armed forces in the second world war for service in the  in Africa .It was This medal is outstanding quality .
Obverse six pointed star has a circular centre with the GRI/V1 monogram, surrounded by a crown and inscribed the africa star round the foot. Ribbon yellew with red centre stripe and a dark and light thin stripe run down the outside.
