Branch of service all service personnel , past or present included Police, Coast guard, Ambulance, and other services.This attractive medal was produced for the benefit of the soldiers, sailors and air force association on the initiative of G E Harris . The medal provides a need for these who were not entitled to the official golden jubilee medal.
This medal is sold with a pin attached ready too wear..
Metal gilt brass, ribbon broad gold bands at the edges, with thin white , purple and white stripes in the centre.
