This is the new RAF half wing, for honorary aircrew airborne specialists. These badge are accurate to MOD specification, size and fabric plus threads are correct.
Note: please do not put these badges in the washing machines. If you require badges for uniform items that needs washing machines purchase the Velcro version badge which can be removed before washing and then replaced after thanks.

This badge was made following the formal authorisation of the new Airborne Specialist Flying Badge that came into existence in April 2020. These badges are not expects in stores until at least Spring 2021 so Windsor Medals have done A great job to make these available so quickly. The quality and attention to detail is outstanding, and I would guess that they will be better than the ones that eventually become available on issue.
